General Terms & Conditions

1) Who We Are
Omaha Window Washing (“OWW,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides residential and commercial window cleaning in the Omaha metro and nearby Nebraska/Iowa areas.
2) Definitions
One & Done: a single, non-recurring service visit.
Subscription: a recurring plan (e.g., 1×/year, 2×/year, 4×/year) with frequency-based pricing and priority scheduling.
You / Customer: the person or entity booking or receiving service.
3) Booking & Quotes
Quote basis. Quotes (online, by phone, or email) rely on information you provide, including pane and screen counts and access notes.
Self-service counts. If you use our self-service quote tool, counts are estimates; we’ll confirm on site. Your invoice reflects the confirmed counts after service.
Plan components.
Full Interior & Exterior plans include screens at no charge.
One-side (Interior or Exterior) plans price screens separately.
Scope changes. If we discover material differences (e.g., restoration needs, construction debris), we’ll discuss options and pricing before proceeding.
4) Subscriptions vs One-Time Cleans
One & Done is not a subscription.
Subscriptions provide discounted per-pane pricing and priority scheduling. Cancel anytime (see §11 and §12).
5) Pricing
Pricing is based on your confirmed pane/screen counts and the selected service. Taxes/fees may apply.
6) Payment & Billing
First visit (any plan): No prepay — your card is charged after service is completed.
Subsequent subscription visits: your card on file is charged exactly 24 hours prior to the appointment.
If you cancel before the 24-hour mark, no charge is taken.
If you cancel inside the 24-hour window (after we’ve pre-charged), we refund the visit amount less a $50 cancellation fee.
Cards on file. You authorize OWW to securely store and charge your payment method per these Terms. Failed payments may result in rescheduling or cancellation.
Disputed charges. Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the service date. After that, charges are final.
7) Frequency Windows (to keep subscription pricing)
Each visit must occur within the following window after the most recent clean:
1× / Year: within 395 days
2× / Year: within 195 days
4× / Year: within 105 days
8) Scheduling, Arrival & Access
We provide an arrival window and may adjust for weather, traffic, or safety.
Ensure safe access (gates unlocked, pets secured, fragile/obstructing items moved). If we can’t access the job site or it isn’t prepared, we may reschedule and assess a return-trip or late-cancellation fee as applicable.
9) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide 24+ hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
Late cancellations (inside 24 hours) may incur a $50 fee.
Weather/unsafe conditions may require us to reschedule.
10) “No Prepay” Clarification
“No prepay” refers to your first visit. Future subscription visits are charged 24 hours in advance to the card on file (see §6).
11) Uncompleted Plans & Retro-Billing (Subscriptions)
You may cancel anytime. If a subscription year isn’t completed (or the timing windows in §7 are missed), completed visits in that cycle may be repriced to the appropriate lower-frequency or non-subscription tier, and any difference will be billed to your card on file (“retro-billing”).
12) What’s Included / Excluded
Included (summary):
Exterior: Glass + frames (curb-sharp results).
Interior: We open each window (where reasonably accessible) and deep-clean glass, frames, and tracks/sills.
Screens: Removed, washed, and replaced; free on Full Interior & Exterior; priced separately on one-side cleans.
Not included unless quoted: restoration (e.g., hard-water stain removal, etching), construction cleanup, oxidation removal, specialty glass issues, or repairs.
13) Quality & Rework
If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours of completion and we’ll make it right.
14) Property Condition & Liability
Cleaning can expose pre-existing defects. OWW is not responsible for failure of aged or compromised materials (e.g., seals, caulking, hardware) during or after cleaning. We’re not liable for damage from conditions beyond our control at the property (e.g., pre-existing cracks, unstable surfaces). We may refuse or stop unsafe work.
15) Damage Reporting Window
Damage allegedly caused by our service must be reported within 24 hours of completion and include clear photos. Claims after that period aren’t accepted.
16) Photos
We may take before/after photos for quality control, training, and marketing (without identifying information). Images are not sold and are stored securely.
17) Communications (SMS/Email)
By booking, you consent to scheduling confirmations, reminders, updates, and post-service follow-ups by SMS/email. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data for marketing; we may share with trusted providers only as needed to deliver communications.
18) Delays Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
OWW isn’t responsible for delays or inability to complete work due to circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, traffic, illness/injury, equipment failure, or restricted access.
19) Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse or stop work for any reason not prohibited by law, including unsafe conditions, inaccessible areas, aggressive behavior, or unreasonable demands.
20) Noise & Disturbance
Some equipment may produce noise or vibration; OWW isn’t responsible for related disturbances during normal service.
21) Independent Contractors
OWW may use approved independent contractors to perform services. Your protections and warranties remain the same.
22) Non-Solicitation
You agree not to solicit, hire, or contract directly with any OWW employee or contractor for private services outside OWW for 12 months after your last completed service.
23) Intellectual Property
All website content (text, logos, graphics, design) is owned by OWW and may not be copied or used without written permission.
24) Privacy
We handle your information per our Privacy Policy. We respect SMS privacy standards and carrier requirements. (See our site for the current SMS policy.)
25) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OWW and its employees, agents, contractors, officers, and owners from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) misuse of our services or site; or (iii) conditions at the service location.
26) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska; venue lies in the state courts of Douglas County, NE.
27) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued booking/use after an update constitutes acceptance.
28) Conflicts & Precedence
These Terms apply to all OWW services.
If any provision here conflicts with the Subscription provisions in §§4–12, the Subscription provisions control for subscription customers.
Otherwise, the more specific provision governs; if none is more specific, these general Terms apply.
