What you’re choosing
You’re selecting a recurring window-cleaning plan (e.g., 1×/yr, 2×/yr, 4×/yr). “One & Done” is a single visit and not a subscription.
Pricing basics
Pricing is based on your pane and screen counts. Full Interior & Exterior plans include screens at no charge; 1-side plans price screens separately.
Pane/screen counts (self-service quotes)
If you use our self-service quote tool, those counts are estimates. We’ll confirm on site; your invoice reflects the confirmed counts after service.
Payment timing
• First visit: No prepay — your card is charged after service is completed.
• Subsequent subscription visits: Your card on file is charged 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you cancel before the 24-hour mark, no charge is taken. If you cancel inside that 24-hour window (after we’ve charged), we issue a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Reschedule or cancel anytime. Please give 24+ hours’ notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours incur a $50 fee. Weather or unsafe conditions may require us to reschedule.
Visit-timing windows (to keep your plan’s pricing)
• 1×/Year: each subsequent annual clean must occur within 395 days of the previous clean.
• 2×/Year: each subsequent clean must occur within 195 days of the most recent clean.
• 4×/Year: each subsequent clean must occur within 105 days of the most recent clean.
If you cancel or don’t complete the plan
You can cancel anytime. If a subscription year isn’t completed (or timing windows are missed), completed visits will be repriced to the appropriate lower-frequency or non-subscription tier, and any difference will be billed to your card on file (“retro-billing”).
Scope summary
Standard service includes the items shown on your quote page: glass + frames, interior track/sill detail for interior work, and screens per your plan (screens are free on Full Interior & Exterior). Restoration or specialty work is quoted separately.
Access & safety
Provide safe access (pets secured, fragile items moved). We may refuse work that’s unsafe or inaccessible.
Quality & rework
If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
Communications
You consent to scheduling messages by SMS/email; reply STOP to opt out. Message/data rates may apply.
Other terms
These Subscription Terms supplement our website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Nebraska law governs. Using the service constitutes acceptance of updates to these terms.
Note: “No prepay” refers to the first visit. Future subscription visits are charged up to 24 hours in advance to the payment method on file.
