Pre-Meeting Information - Interior Window Washing

To help ensure everything goes smoothly, please review these important instructions before your appointment:
✅ Before We Arrive:
Screens (choose one of the statements):
Yes, clean my screens:
Crew will remove, wash, and replace them on each window.
No, do not clean my screens:
Homeowner responsible for removing screens prior to crew arrival.
Breakables & Valuables:
Please remove all items, especially fragile items such as picture frames, vases, electronics, or lamps from windowsills and nearby furniture.
Furniture:
Move all furniture at least 3 feet away from windows you’d like cleaned.
Room Access:
Make sure all rooms with windows are unlocked and accessible during your appointment.
Curtains & Drapes:
If possible, tie back or remove curtains and drapes that block access to the glass or screens.
Security Alarms:
If you have motion sensors or window sensors, please disable them for the duration of the appointment..
Tall or Hard-to-Reach Windows:
Let us know in advance - by replying to this email - if there are interior windows that might present an accessibility issue so we can bring the proper equipment.
Children’s Areas:
Move any toys, cribs, or baby gates that may block window access.
Kitchen & Bathroom Windows:
Please clear counters, sinks, or tubs near windows so we can work efficiently.
Air Vents:
If possible, turn off air vents blowing directly on windows to help prevent streaking while we work.
Pets:
Secure pets away from work areas—we’ll be in and out frequently, carrying equipment and may have doors or windows open.
⚠️ Additional Notes:
Paint, Overspray, or Adhesive:
The crew will do their best to remove paint, overspray, or other sticky adhesive materials, but removal is not guaranteed.
Damaged Windows or Screens:
If windows or screens are cracked, ripped, have a broken seal, or are otherwise compromised, Omaha Window Washing is not responsible for water intrusion or additional damage during cleaning.
🌦 Weather Policy:
In the event of scheduled severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning), rescheduling may be required as some work is still performed outside. If that happens, a new time to complete the work will be scheduled as-soon-as-possible.
💳 Payment:
Payment is due upon completion unless previously arranged. Cash is accepted on-site or credit card can be used via an electronic invoice sent to your email on file once the job is completed.
