Pre-Meeting Information - Exterior Window Washing

To help ensure everything goes smoothly, please review these important instructions before your appointment:
✅ Before We Arrive:
Screens (choose 1 of the 3 statements):
Yes, clean my screens, and I will be home:
Crew will remove, wash, and replace them on each window.
Yes, clean my screens, and I will not be home:
Leave the screens by the front door and the crew will wash them and put them back in the same order.
No, do not clean my screens:
Homeowner responsible for removing exterior window screens prior to crew arrival.
Pets:
Please keep pets safely indoors during the service time and the yard free from pet waste.
Windows:
Ensure all windows are fully closed and locked.
Window Well Covers:
Remove any covers ahead of time so the crew can access basement windows.
Gates & Fences:
Unlock any gates needed for access around your home.
Water Access:
Make sure the outdoor water spigot is ready for use.
Sprinklers:
Please ensure lawn sprinklers are turned off and not scheduled to run during your appointment window.
Storm Doors:
If you would like both sides of your storm door cleaned, please ensure it is unlocked.
Furniture, Plants, Statues, etc:
Ensure all patio furniture, ornaments, potted plants, grills, etc are at least 3 feet from the windows.
⚠️ Additional Notes:
Paint, Overspray, or Adhesive:
The crew will do their best to remove paint, overspray, or other sticky adhesive materials, but removal is not guaranteed.
Damaged Windows or Screens:
If windows or screens are cracked, ripped, have a broken seal, or are otherwise compromised, Omaha Window Washing is not responsible for water intrusion or additional damage during cleaning.
Obstructed Windows:
If heavy plants, bushes, or landscaping block access to windows, the crew may not be able to fully clean them.
🌦 Weather Policy:
In the event of scheduled severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning), rescheduling may be required. If that happens, a new time to complete the work will be scheduled as-soon-as-possible.
💳 Payment:
Payment is due upon completion unless previously arranged. Cash is accepted on-site or credit card can be used via an electronic invoice sent to your email on file once the job is completed.
